annulment

married 06/26/05, find out it was for US documents only (green card), she got it alredy, now she is going back home and stay there ''four months'', with her four adults kids, can I annul the marriage, better jet can this marriage be legale annul?

If her purpose in the marriage was to get green card and not to be husband and wife it can be annulled. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
