Annulment

I married a man while he was incarcerated 3 years ago.The marriage was never consummated.Can I get an annulment or do I have to go through a complete divorce?

I do not believe consummation is grounds to invalidate the marriage. In any case, annulment are more difficult to handle because they require a court appearance. Divorce is much easier and can be done without appearances in court.
