Can annulment take place without both parties involvement
My wife is being coerced into an annulment, and I want to know if I can fight the annulment. Also, if I do, will both parties be present at the hearing, and will she be able to testify?

You question does not make sense to me. If you are talking about the annulment of a marriage, then either your are attempting to have the marriage annuled or she is married to two men at the same time. Reword your question and resubmit it.
