What is the statue of limitations on filing an annulment in the state of California?

It depends upon the grounds on which you are seeking nullity of the marriage. There are two types of nullity action, void marriages, and voidable marriage. In most cases the Stautue of limitations is 4 years but it totally depends upon the circumstances. If you are in Southern California call me for a free consultation.
