annulment/divorce
I married a man and after two weeks he left and I have not heard from him since. I married him on May 3, 2005. Can I get an annulment? Or do I need to get a divorce. We have no children together and this man can not be found.

California law providing for an annulment is quite narrow. You may be able to meet the requirements for fraud. Service of the petition would probably have to be served by publication.
