Answering Form Interrogatories

I am supposed to turn my resposes to form interrogatories today, and I am unable to reach my attorney these issues are of concern to me, help

I would prefer not to give my current address, as I do not want spouse to know where I am living. Do I have to give this information?

Schedule of Assets and Debts, this was previously filed - but there is more current and updated information, should I fill these out again and turn them in?

Gifts. Do I have to account for gifts that have been purchased/given after/since the established date of seperation

I have a couple of other questions I will post seperatly, but I am deperate this morning - any advice will be so much appreciated

First relax. The discovery system has some slack built into it. You can avoid giving your current address if there has been domestic violence or emotional abuse in the past. Just explain that you are not providing your home address because of your fear of husband. Then provide an address at which you can be contacted, such as a family member, friend etc. as to the other items discuss them with your attorney.
