answering summons

I have had my husband served my mail as all I have is a post office box address but he has not sent me an acknowleged form back. What can I do to still get a divorce?

You do not have valid service if he does not return the notice and acknowledgment. If you cannot find him you may need to publish the summons to obtain jurisdiction to proceed. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
