Anullment / Divorce

I have been married for about five months. I just found out my husband is cheating on me how do I prove he was unfaithful. Is this enough to file for an anullment? Please respond ASAP I need to act quick since six months will be up by June 27 2008. Thank You!

Cheating is not one of the grounds for an annulment of a marriage.
