Anullment due to criminal history

I've been married for 4 years now. My husband is a US citizen I am not. I am a permanant resident now though. Is an anullment possible if I found out he has had a criminal history? Being from India I had no way of knowing or checking this out before I got married. Is there a time limit on an anullment of this nature? Can he or I get in any kind of trouble for this?

Please note that family law issues has nothing do with your immigration status. But it is too late for annullment.
