Appeal

Can i file a declaration of facts after i reviewed the defendants facts on the brief? So i can get--name removed--facts in were they are wrong?

they are not the trier of facts. you can file a brief stating the reason for your appeal--why you think the trial court abused its discretion or made a mistake (for example where judge sustained or overruled an evidentiary objection.)
