How do we appeal a lousy decision?
We just got our judgement in the mail concerning a disposition of property hearing in my husband's divorce settlement. Froom beginning to end, the whole procedure was a farce! We want to appeal this crazy judgement. Can we? And do we need a lawyer to do so?

Yes, you can appeal and you are not legally obligated to have a lawyer for the appeal. you are free to do it yourself. You will need to hurry. There are short time limits to your right to appeal.
