Legal Question in Family Law in California

Appeal

I'm going through a paternity case. I took a court ordered paternity test here in Fl but the kid and mother reside in California. They opened a case against me out there. The test came back negative. She is filing an OSC or order serve contempt against me, claiming I fraudlently took the test. She basically wants me to appear in California to retake the test and appear in court in person and not over the phone anymore. Can I appeal that order, I'm going to be served with to appear in California. I dont have to money to fly out there and honestly Im scared for my life out there its a small town of locals. The first test did come back negative, so my question is can I fight it to go out there? I really dont want to go to California, plus I cant afford a flight, hotel,etc..If I can fight it what do I do?

A reconsideration motion may be made in which a request to re-take the test in Florida with a declaration from the lab detailing the procedures taken to assure the sample is from you. I practice throughout California, 18 years experience. Call me directly at 16192223504.
