Want to Appeal a restraining order-California

A restraining order was placed on me in family court Sept 2007. After my ex the defendant lied her way through, and my attorney trumped her on every lie, the judge gave the order to her anyways. Everyone in the courthouse was in aww... anyhow, How do I go about appealing this case?
