Legal Question in Family Law in California

appeal-judge's abuse of reimbursements

what constitutes ''an abuse of reimbursements'' when considering grounds for appeal/overturn after final judgment? For Ex: my ex was awarded every reimbursement his attorney argued for his case even some he payments he never made; I was not awarded even ONE! In fact, in his final ruling, the judge ordered me to reimburse my ex for a 1/2 the value of 2 bank accounts that were my ex's accounts. And when the judge was told that my ex did not produce another bank account which I was entitled to 1/2 reimbursement, the judge did not order to compel nor reimbursement to me. The list goes on...regarding my car but not his; his credit cards; not mine. I had to reimburse my ex- for payments on a sears card that was used for household goods but he did not have to reimburse me for another credit card payments that was used for family business...payments made by me, post separation. what is going on here?

Re: appeal-judge's abuse of reimbursements

Doesn't sound good. There are serious time limits to first making a motion for reconsideration or making a motion for new trial and then appeal. You need immediate legal advice.
