Legal Question in Family Law in California

Appearing in court for mother

My mom has a court appearence for a potential DUI/Wet and wreckless case. The problem is she is in a inpatient rehabilitation center . She is getting better and I dont want her in court. She has never been in trouble with the law. Can i appear for her and stait her case?

You cannot appear in court to represent your mother unless you are an attorney.
