Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to apply for Child Support, but I don't want the system to back track since my son was born since he has been giving me some money. Can I do that???. Also I am 3 months pregnant and want to know if I file for child support for my son do I add my unborn?? or do I want till the baby is born??

Support is generally only retroactive to the date you file asking for it. In some cases you can go back three years, but that's it. So there is no requirement that you go all the way back. The proper procedure would be to file for support for you son now, and then modify to add the second child after the baby is born.
