Where can i apply for a divorce ?

I am on a L1 Visa and my husband is on L2. Our marriage has many issues and i want to file for a divorce. We were married in India about 2 years back and are in US for 1 year now. Can i file for a divorce in US and will it be valid in India as well ? Please let me know. Thanks.

You can apply for divorce here. Please note that after the divorce you husband would fall out of status.
