How do I apply for "Jackson Credit" for the time my child lived with me?

You have to file a motion requesting that the court find that you satisfied your child support obligation by caring for your child in your home. To be successful you need to have evidence that your child lived with you during the period of time you want the Jackson Credit. Retaining an attorney to represent you would be a wise move.
