Legal Question in Family Law in California

There was second arraignment scheduled on Dec. 21, but suddenly today, this appeared.

"At the request of Andrea , from the Public Defender's Office, this case is calendared to 12/14/12 at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 37 for Arraignment Attorney Requested ."

Do you know reason for this sudden arraignment schedule?
