Legal Question in Family Law in California

Arrearage Child Support Payment

I would like to have all payments to be applied the prinicipal of the outstanding arrearages to ensure it is paid and any other compensation is paid thereafter. Is this possible if the interest already has has grown to 75% of original amount owed.
