Only if it was a private question. By definition the free Bulletin Board questions are not confidential, in fact they are literally published and are frequently listed near the top of Google searches. Therefore there would not be any breach of even the limited attorney/client privilege that attaches to private questions on this site. If, however, it was a private paid question, not only should you sue, you should file a formal complaint with the State Bar.
