Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been asked to write an affidavitt on a person known to me who is trying to obtain visitation to his child while going through divorce proceeding. How should this be written, especially the ending so that there is no prejudice. Thank you.

An affidavit is a statement under the penalty of perjury. Therefore it must be a truthful statement of facts to which the affidavit refers. You are not preparing a letter of recommendation. There is little latitude in what you put in the affidavit. Either the facts are not prejudicial to one of the parties or not.
