Assets

In 03/2000 my husband had me sign under duress divorce papers. Shortly after we reconciled and ask for the judgement to be set aside. It was but the original divorce papers were stamped by the judge. We then seperated in 2002 and divorced in 2004. Does the original aggreement of assets stand or was that set aside along with the divorce?
