assets and separation

If my spouse decides he wants to live separate from the family -- sometimes -- (using money from our savings, without my approval), what can I do to protect our assets?

You can file for a legal separation, a dissolution of your marriage or, if he accounts are in your own name, you can transfer the funds into an account in your own name. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
