My ex-husbands's wife has a large
trust fund. He's self employed. Ex,
new wife and myself
split son's education in thirds for 8
years. Then we moved.
Ex agreed by e-mail he
pay one-half tuition-
I remaining half.
He reneged -claims income down
since marriage-poverty level.
He lives lucrative lifestyle-
wife's finances.
Loopholes since wife's
standard of living

Re: assumed poverty
You may have a breach of contract case. You could sue your ex-husband for 1/2 the tuition and may be able to obtain a judgment. Once the judgment is obtained, you could surreptiously, and without notice, attach his wife's bank account (assuming he lives in California or another community property state).
