Astranged From wife for 14 years

I would like to know how I can simply go about getting a divorce decree from my wife whom I have not seen her since 1992. No assets. Just a simple divorce. I am not sure of her whereabouts.

File your petition for divorce. Get her served. If you cannot find her, then you can use "due diligence" to request that the court allow you to "publish" the notice to her that the divorce is pending. Good luck.
