Legal Question in Family Law in California
Currently I don't have an attorney and my ex-wife has hired a very unethical one in an attempt to take our son from me. We have joint custody and 50/50 time, everything has been settled but she wants our son more often & sole custody, which she's already requested (and been denied 5 times). I'd like to use Mediation and ADR going forward, but she refuses. Ive even offer to set CS at $0.00 (which she pays me) in exchange for using ADR. What is the best way to get her to use Mediation/ADR?

Mediation (Child Custody Recommending Counseling) is mandatory when child custody is involved
