Legal Question in Family Law in California
ATTORNEY FEES for divorce can be discharged in a bankruptcy only if the fees were awarded because of 271 or sanctions. If they were awarded to your ex because of income discrepancy or 2030 then they cannot be discharged? Or do I have it backward? Thanks.

If you want to be absolutely sure, you should ask this under Bankruptcy, rather than Family Law, but I'm pretty sure you have it right.

The determination of whether or not something is dischargeable is a matter of bankruptcy law. I agree with Mr. McCormick in that you should repost in the bankruptcy section. Off of the top of my head, you have it backwards, and santions are not dischargeable, but this area of the law may have changed since I had it in lawschool almost a decade ago.
