Attorney Fees - possible?
I live in Georgia and am currently looking in to taking my ex gf to court to get visitation with my daugher who is 3 years old. My ex and daughter live in CA. Since my ex makes more money than I do, about $6 more an hour, if I ask for attorney fees, how likely is it that the court will order that she pay for attorney fees? Even if she doesn't pay for the fees 100%, will they order tha she pay some? She also has two other kids that aren't mine.
The reason I have to take her to court is because she has refused all visitation to me and will only let me visit my daugher if she is present to ''supervise''. She tries to start arguements with me in front of the child and it makes me feel bad for the child.
What are the possibilities? Thanks!

You might get attorney fees. It depends on more specific facts and your judge. You have a better than average chance of getting her to pay some of your expenses.

Before you start worrying about attorneys fees, you need to figure out how to get jurisdiction over your ex. Normally, you have to sue them in the county of their residnce. Consult with a local attorney.

There's a possibility, but I wouldn't count on it. She has two other children to support.
You will have to take her to court in California, though.
