attorney files notice of motion to be relieved

Question? What can be expected from our family court judge

when one of the parents attorney files a motion to be relieved before an upcoming review hearing regarding visitation ? there is a minors counsel as well.

Generally, when at attorney files a motion to be relieved, it will be granted. They may not delay an upcoming review hearing. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
