Legal Question in Family Law in California

My attorney in missing in action; phone line is always busy; letter returned as "no forwarding address." I would like to represent myself in pro per but cannot locate her to sign the Substitution of Attorney. What can I do?

The bar is not going to help you with that. Send her a letter with the substitution of attorney and tell her that you no longer want her to represent you.
