Legal Question in Family Law in California

Although my attorney scribbled my ex-husbands social security number on the copy of his last income summary (W-2) form and turned it in to the court, the number is still be able to be seen on the file. I see this file as a public record in the courthouse. I am concerned that my ex-husband will sue me for exposing his social security number to public. What should I do? The judge has already signed the final judgment of my divorce case.

You should be able to ask the judge or court staff to redact the social security number. They usually do this with a black marker.
