Legal Question in Family Law in California

attorney trust account

How do I get a trust account released that is being held by an attorney that has now droped me as a client due to having no way of paying attorney fees?? My children and I are going to be evicted because I have no way of paying my monthly rent and the father is not paying support, now in the rear of $25,000.

Follow the terms of the agreement that led to those funds being deposited into your attorney's trust fund. It probably requirings mutual agreement between you and your spouse or an order of the court. If spouse wont agree, then file an osc with the court regarding release of those funds.
