Can she keep me from getting an attorney

My wife filed for divorce and immediately took out a loan on my car for 43,000.00. Then she cancelled all the credit cards that I had access to and is withholding money so I can't get a lawyer. She is mainly concerned with sharing her retirement and spousal support. She made over $130,000.00 last year and I am unemployed. I need money to go back to school so I am marketable. She tol me she changed her mind. She just received her Doctorate. I am 55 and she is 50. Can she make it so that I can't afford to get a lawyer?

No, you need to find an attorney who will accept the case. He or she will petition the court for fees.
