Legal Question in Family Law in California
an attorney for my 13 year old
It's too long of a story, however, what is the best way to have my daughter heard. Nobody is truely listening or hearing that she is being emotionally hurt by the dad her continues to bully, intimidate & drill for infomation. He has already lost all but 3 hours. I don't want her hurt anymore. HOw do I go about getting her, her own representation or, what do you suggest.

It depends on different factors as to how you should proceed at this point. The information you provided is not enought to tell you what to do in your case. Custody and visitation issues are so very sensitive, and if handled the wrong way, could be damaging.
