Au pair accuses

I gave our aupair a good night kiss when she was helping put our girls to bed she got really upset. I don't think she is going to try to press charges but she could make up stories. What should I do to protect myself.

Who witnessed the advances? Stop any further advances as it does not seem that they are welcomed.
