audio recordings

is there a way to record (on tape)

someone breaking a court order (audio)

without them knowing, and it be legal

and admissable in court

yes you can do it without the other person's knowledge and yes it is admissible, but only if you do it right.

I recently dealt with those issues and prevailed on both points. You may be liable, however, if you don't do it the right way. No I am not going to tell you how to do it right. I have to reserve some information for my clients. Sorry.

No. You have to let them know that you are recording them, otherwise it's against the law and you could be charged. It will not be admissible in court.
