Legal Question in Family Law in California

on aug 6,2009 i have a hearing to decide whether or not to grant me a permanent restraining order. I have witness declaration statements i need to file . Is it too late to give notice to opposing attorney and file these statements?

That depends on whether or not the court has set filing deadlines. Regardless, if they are important to your case, you should go ahead and serve them on opposing counsel and file them with the court. Make sure they are either on the MC-030 form or they are signed under penalty of perjury. Good luck.
