Legal Question in Family Law in California

authorization to sell property on behalf of a minor child

My son, 10 years old, has inherited 1/7 of his grandmother's house in Madrid Spain. We live in Palo Alto California. The other 6/7ths comprise my deceased husband's siblings (all Spanish). They want to sell the house and require my son's, or rather my authorization to do so on my son's behalf. What documentation is necessary for me to show that I agree on my behalf of my son to go along with the sale?

Resubmit your question under real estate. Since the property is in Spain then an attorney in Spain is best able to answer your question.
