Auto Loan

I am still on the loan for a car my

husband and I purchased while we

were married. He kept the car after the

divorce but is not making his

payments, which hurts my credit. What

can I do?

You should petition the court for an order that he turn over the auto to your, or in the alternative that he refinance the auto within 30 days. If you get the auto you will have to make the payments until the car is sold.
