Automatic Divorce??

Is it possible that if someone is married and they do not have any contact with their spouse for 7 years, that there is some sort of law that allows their marriage to be dissolved without a divorce? The marriage originated in Oregon, the wife has been in CA for the last 7 years and the husband is on the East Coast.

If there is such a law, can you supply me with the appropriate code please?

No. You will have to have the marriage dissolved.
