Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was awarded full legal physical custody of my 10,9,and 4 yr three yrs ago. i get no support from there father and it's been 7 months he has yet to take advantage of his twice a month supv visits and 1 day a week monitored phone call. question is can i move out of state.

This answer may all depend on what the rest of your parenting order says. If the order is silent on the election to move, you could risk moving after giving proper written notice to father. However, if you elect to move without court ordered approval, you run the risk of father going in to court requesting that the children be returned to California.
