I had a baby with a girl an she had another guy at hospital an gave baby his name an now she says it's mine lets me have it on weekends asking me for money for the baby an I'll bring baby home an in a few hours tells me she can't go or I cant watch her cause she's trying to get back with me she don't work no home an the baby is sick she has no medical an missed her wic apointment the baby always dirty an I'm her dad cause she lied at hispitAL who the dad is I can't help my daughter an I'm havery a job car home an a gf that has a job an we are very good to her she commuting welfare fraud an using a kid to get me back an I have texts her sending pics of baby saying good morning dad so I want full custody cause she will take a 11 month old baby an live in the streets beforeally she let me have her to me she cares about herself not that kid

Well, your going to have to make it official (i.e. get the courts involved.) You'll need to establish paternity (i.e.that you are the father.); and then petition for child support and custody orders. What is in the best interest of the child will determine what will be ordered. The fact the child is named after another guy may not mean anything if he's not listed as the father.
