Legal Question in Family Law in California

My baby's mom who has another child with another man put child support on me after my son turned 3years.i just recieved those papers telling me she's opening a case on me . She has full custody what's the best thing to do for me now?i have no job

Fill out the related paperwork that the Department of Child Support Services requests to show that you have little or no income. If you are disabled or unable to work, then they may have a nominal amount that you have to pay. If they feel you could work and you haven't, they might impute income. It would be very helpful if you met with an experienced family law attorney to review your options.
