Ive recently found out Ive a judgement against me, for back chieldsupport. But my child has lived with me her hole life.I never recieved notice,of summons. The Att. for DCSS has lied to me, and I dont no what step I should take to resoulve this matter

You need to retain an attorney and ask for equitable offsets to the child support arrears. You should do this immediately. There are techinical legal issues here that I do not believe that can be handled without an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

You should contact an attorney. If you cannot have the judgment set aside, you and request that the court find that the child support order was fulfilled by a means other than paying child support.
