Legal Question in Family Law in California

back child support

My ex tried to sue me for $10,000 back child support, I fought it and the DA's Office decided that I was correct and are going to close the case, however my ex is now claiming the document "she signed" (I had to help her pay some debts so she could by a new house back taxed etc. we agreeded that this money would apply to child support the signed document states this arrangement) was forged and now we have to go to trial. Can she do this? and how would I defend myself?

Re: back child support

You put on your case that she signed it and keep your fingers crossed. the fact that you paid the debts as stated in the agreement is strong evidence in your favor.
