Back Child Support/Alimony
Him: Well known Psychiatrist.
Me: ex patient.
Married in 1989 divorced in 1995.
Two children.
He takes kids out of country, cancells credit cards, etc...
Me, left with no means. I go to prison for attempting to cash fake checks to aquire money for attorney to fight him.
I get out,do the 3 yrs. parole, live in beautiful neighborhood, Vice President of big company, very high functioning.
He loses all respect from kids, kids 13 and 10 with me full time.He accused of sexual abuse by the kids, he gets charges dropped/
**I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN CHILD SUPPORT, OR ALIMONY OR A SETTLEMENT (1/2 OF EVERYTHING) ONLY A SMALL AMT. OF MONEY $10.000. WHICH HE MADE SEVERAL PAYMENTS. HE LIED ON INCOME AND EXPENSE DECLARATION.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO BACK TO COURT AND WIN SOME KIND OF SETTLEMENT AND GAIN CHILD SUPPORT, AND OR ALIMONY?
