Legal Question in Family Law in California
Back in june i willingly signed Guardianship of my son over to his grandparents till I could get on my feet.We did it cause at the time I couldn't provide medical insurance.How do I gain Guardianship back.My life is together now and im ready to be his dad however the grandparent are unwilling to sign him back to me

You can file a motion to terminate the guardianship because it is in the best interest of the children that you be their guardian. This may require you to file your own guardianship petition.
