back owed child support

im back owed child support from 2000-2001 & 2005-present

i have a wage garnishment order from the court ex spouse does not comply. Ex spouse may have property can he sell property without paying his back owed child support. What can I do

You should file an abstract of support judgment. The forms are available from the clerks office and the facilitators office could probably help you complete the forms. After that you may want to get a writ of execution so that you can exectute against his property, bank accounts, etc. I would suggest that you retain an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
