have back my step douther
my stepdouther live with her mom an she want to came back to live with as.we have a court agreement.the agreement is ''the primery care of the child shall be with the mother effective,august 1 2004.the parents agree that if child does not want to be in the primary care of the mother,the child shall continue to ramain in the primary care of the father.''the problem is the mom does not want her to came back to live with us ,what we can do,can you help my please.we need to know what we can do .please is important for my if you can help my because my stepdouther is desespere to came whith as.

You should file an order to show cause hearing and get a court order. You will first go to family court services who will make a recommendation to the judge. They may wish to talk to the child to determine what the child's wishes are. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
